Our Products
We are a highly engineered and formulated elastomeric compound with excellent physical properties ( Natural or Neoprene) for your required dimensions. With attaining AASHTO Grade 0–5. We can manufacture individually Molded bearings as follows
Thickness : min 0.250 ” —- max 5″
Width: minimum 4″ —– maximum 30″
Length: minimum 4″ —– maximum 70″
We can also provide continuous roll up to 50′ long.
A multilayered structure consists of steel shims and engineered elastomer by compression-molded product. The steel shims are chemically bonded to rubber in layers during vulcanization.
We can manufacture laminated bearings as follows
Thickness : min 0.5 ” —- max 20″
Width: minimum 4″ —– maximum 42″
Length: minimum 4″ —– maximum 70″
